NetQoS products include SuperAgent and Reporter-Analyzer. SuperAgent is an application response time analyzer that identifies the source of performance problems for applications running across wide area networks -- without the need for desktop or server agents. SuperAgent separates response time into application, network and server delay components, enabling rapid troubleshooting of application performance bottlenecks. Reporter-Analyzer is a flexible analysis engine that enables network managers to understand how application traffic is impacting network performance. It provides the information needed to make decisions on improving performance and optimizing the return on your infrastructure investment.
